Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, with a modest 1,200-square-foot retail storefront and a two-car garage. Despite the humble beginnings, they aimed to create a space where customers' eyes lit up and bring back the art of customer experience by selling high-quality gear they would use and love themselves.

In 2023, REP pledged $100,000 to charities supporting military and first responders in gratitude for their service. The charities include The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and Gary Sinise Foundation, aiming to help those in need while honoring those who serve our nation and community.
