Our journey began in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage in Longmont, Colorado. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty stocked the space with equipment and bumper plates stacked to the ceiling, aiming to create an environment where customers' eyes light up. Their goal was to bring back exceptional customer experiences and provide high-quality gear that they would personally use and love.

REP Fitness is committed to giving back to those who serve our nation, including police, fire, and military personnel. In 2023, we pledged $100,000 to three charities supporting military and first responders' families - The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
